Luggage collection: 3:00pm ET (bags ready at the front of the hotel)

Coach departure: 5:00pm ET from the TWA Hotel

Transfer to New York Stewart International Airport (SWF)

Private charter departs: 10:25pm ET

Luggage tags will be provided on-site and must be attached to all checked bags. These luggage tags are critical to get your luggage to your hotel in Spain. Please ensure you have your passport and required travel documents.

Hotel pick-up: 1:30pm CET

Private charter departs: 5:00pm CET

Arrival at SWF: 10:00pm ET
